How do I get on TestFlight?

Email hello@partydeck.co with the Apple ID you use on the App Store and we'll send you a TestFlight invite.

How do credits work?

Most games are free. A few experiences (TV photo wall, AI Card Pack, Animal Race bets) cost credits. New accounts start with credits and can earn more by watching a rewarded ad, topping up, or subscribing to Party Plus/Pro.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Party Plus or Party Pro → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email hello@partydeck.co and we'll remove your data within 7 days.

Where do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Long-press a photo, message, or username in the app to open Report. Reports are reviewed by AI moderation immediately; 3+ reports on the same content auto-hide it pending human review.

Is there parental control or an age gate?

Party Deck requires age 17 or older. The first launch shows an age gate. Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and UGC features are gated behind the age confirmation.

What languages do you support?

English, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean. The app auto-detects your device language and lets you override under Settings → Language.
