Community Guidelines
Updated 2026-05-15
Party Deck is a party-game app you bring out at real-life hangouts. We let players post photos, names, bios, and chat messages — and we take that trust seriously. These rules apply every time you send anything that other players can see: the billboard you buy in the Animal Race arena, the photo you push to the Vibe TV wall, your profile name and bio, your messages in any chat panel.
Where these rules apply
- Animal Race billboards — photos you pay credits to display in the racing arena.
- Vibe Royale TV wall — photos you pay credits to rotate on the in-game TV.
- Vibe Royale profile photo / AI chibi — generated from your text prompt.
- Profile display name + bio — visible on every leaderboard, chat row, and game tile.
- World Chat in Animal Race, Dice Arcade, Vibe Royale — every message you send.
- Anything else you submit that other players can see, now or in the future.
What you must NOT post
Submissions in any of the surfaces above will be removed (and may result in your account being suspended or permanently blocked) if they contain:
- Nudity, exposed genitals, sexually explicit content, pornography, or sexual acts.
- Sexualised content involving anyone who appears to be a minor — zero tolerance, instant permanent ban.
- Graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, or imagery glorifying real-world harm.
- Hate symbols, slurs, content promoting racism, anti-LGBTQ+ harassment, or extremist ideology.
- Threats, calls for violence, doxxing, or content that targets a specific person to harm them.
- Imagery of the Thai monarchy or royal family — King, Queen, royal portraits or royal symbols. Per Thai LM Act §112, this is a hard block.
- Hard drugs being consumed, drug paraphernalia, or content marketing illegal substances.
- Personal information that doesn't belong to you — phone numbers, ID cards, credit cards, addresses.
- Spam, repeated identical posts, advertising another product or service, affiliate links, crypto / pump-and-dump schemes.
- Impersonation of another player, a celebrity, a brand, or staff.
- Anything that breaks Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (see §1.2 UGC) or Thai law.
What's OK
Party Deck is designed for adults at parties (17+). The following are absolutely fine and we won't take them down:
- Bikinis, swimwear, beachwear, gym wear, lingerie that's not sexually posed.
- Shirtless men, muscle photos, sports content.
- Alcohol, beer, cocktails (legal drinking-age contexts), bar selfies.
- Smoking (adults only, not minors).
- Group selfies, pets, food, landscapes, memes, brand logos, fan art.
- Mild flirty poses, light cleavage, party fits — anything you'd post on Instagram.
- Profanity in chat is allowed up to a point — the hard-line slurs in the block list above are not.
We err on the side of letting content through unless it clearly crosses one of the lines above.
How we enforce
- Every photo uploaded to a billboard, TV wall, or chibi prompt is reviewed by an AI moderator before it's visible to anyone else. We use OpenAI GPT-4o (and fall back to Anthropic Claude Haiku) to check for the categories above. Blocked submissions never display.
- Every chat message and every profile name + bio is run through a text filter that catches the hard slurs, URLs, phone numbers, and PII patterns above.
- Every player can report any content with a long-press → Report menu. We track reports per (user, surface) — when a threshold is hit, that user is auto-muted in that surface for a cool-down window.
- Every player can block any other player with a long-press → Block menu. Blocks are persistent across cycles and across reinstalls (tied to your device ID).
- Repeated violations result in account suspension. Severe violations (CSAM, doxxing, royalty per LM §112) result in permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Your data + your right to delete
You can delete every piece of content you submitted, your profile, your credits, your chat history, and your entire account at any time from Settings → Delete my data. The action is irreversible and requires you to literally type the word DELETE to confirm. For full data handling see our Privacy Policy.
