Privacy Policy

Party Deck is built to need as little of you as possible. We don't require email, phone number, or social login to play. We use an anonymous device ID stored on your device. Your card prompts, race bets, and dice rolls do not leave your phone with your real name attached.

• Anonymous device ID. Generated on your phone the first time you open the app. Used to remember your credit balance and game history. Not linked to your Apple ID, phone number, or any other identifier.
• Display name + avatar (online games only). If you enter Party World, you pick a display name and a chibi avatar. These are public to other players.
• User-generated content (Vibe Royale only). The bio text you type and the AI-generated chibi image. Your bio is moderated by AI before it goes public; the chibi is generated server-side from the text — your real photos are never uploaded.
• Photo Wall photos (Vibe Royale only). If you tap "send photo to TV", the photo is sent to a temporary cycle wall that auto-expires when the cycle ends (~10 minutes). Every photo is pre-moderated by Claude vision before it appears.
• In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. We only receive the result (which pack was bought) and the receipt for sub renewal.
• Advertising identifier (free tier only). Google AdMob may use the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) to show ads. We ask your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before this happens. If you decline, ads are non-personalized.
• Crash + diagnostic. Standard Apple-provided crash reports (only if you opted in via iOS Settings).

• Real name, email, phone number — unless you explicitly contact us.
• Precise location (no GPS, no Bluetooth scan).
• Contact list, photo library, microphone, or camera (Photo Wall uses a one-shot picker; the picked image is never stored in your library by us).
• Browsing history outside the app.

• Apple — App Store / IAP / TestFlight (their privacy terms apply).
• Google AdMob — only if you allow tracking in the ATT prompt.
• Anthropic (Claude) — text + image moderation calls. Content is sent transiently for the safety check; Anthropic does not train on our API calls.
• Fal.ai — generates the chibi avatars from your bio text.
• Upstash Redis + Vercel — our hosting + database. Operate in the EU/US.
• We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Party Deck is rated 17+ on the App Store and is intended for adults. The app shows an age confirmation on first launch. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data immediately.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my data inside the app. The deletion is immediate and removes:

• Your credit balance, transaction history, profile, and avatar
• Any Vibe Royale submissions and photo-wall entries you've made
• Your race bet history and dice cycle scores

Apple receipts cannot be deleted from Apple's records by us — contact Apple Support for that.

• Credit balance + profile: until you delete your account.
• Race + dice cycle data: keyed to a cycle, auto-expires when the cycle ends (5 minutes to 1 hour depending on game).
• Photo Wall photos: auto-expire with the Vibe Royale cycle (~10 minutes).
• Reports: 90 days, then summarized + scrubbed.

Data in transit is TLS encrypted. Data at rest sits in Upstash Redis with the standard managed encryption. We do not store passwords (there are none).
