Terms of Service

You must be at least 17 years old. We confirm this with an in-app age gate on first launch. By using the app you state that you are 17+.

The Drinking Deck and Truth or Dare modes reference alcohol. Drink responsibly, follow your local laws, and never drink and drive. Party Deck is for entertainment with friends — not a substitute for good judgment.

Party Deck assigns you an anonymous device ID. You can also create a public display name and avatar for the online games. You are responsible for the display name and bio you create. Do not use someone else's real name, copyrighted text, or anything that violates our content rules below.

The following are not allowed in any user-submitted content (display names, bios, Vibe profiles, photo-wall photos, chat messages):

• Sexual content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material
• Harassment, hate speech, slurs, or targeting any group
• Threats, doxxing, or sharing personal info of others
• Content depicting minors
• Illegal activity, drugs, weapons
• Spam, scams, or commercial promotion
• Impersonation of real people or brands

We pre-moderate user content with AI vision and text classifiers. We also act on user reports within 24 hours. Repeat violations result in a permanent device ban.

Every profile and photo on a public surface has a Report button. Reported content is auto-hidden after a low number of reports and reviewed by us. You can also block any user — blocked users' content is invisible to you across every game. We honor reports within 24 hours.

Credits are an in-app currency used to play certain games (e.g. bets in Animal Race, rolls in Dice Royale, boosts in Vibe Royale). Credits have no real- world value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred between users. Unused credits stay in your account until you delete it.

Subscriptions (Party Plus, Party Pro) are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

No refunds from us. All purchases go through Apple — refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Animal Race and Dice Royale use credits — not real money — for bets/rolls. Credits are entertainment currency and have no cash value. These features are not gambling under any meaningful definition. We do not partner with any casino, sportsbook, or wagering service.

To keep the experience populated at all hours, online games include AI-controlled bot players. Bot behavior is sandboxed — bots cannot drain real-user credit balances and bots do not receive credits from real players.

Free-tier users see ads. We use Google AdMob. We will show you Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before requesting your advertising identifier. If you decline, you'll still see ads but they will be non-personalized.

Party Plus and Party Pro subscribers see no ads. Subscribing is the only way to disable ads — we don't offer "pay credits to skip this ad."

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my data. We can suspend or terminate a device's access if it violates these terms or our content rules. Termination forfeits unused credits and active subscription periods (you may still claim a refund from Apple).

Party Deck is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, content moderation accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The operator is CET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED, Tax ID 0105560145831. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts, except where overridden by Apple's jurisdictional rules in the standard EULA.
